    Aufgaben

    Du machst den Unterschied:

    • Du startest direkt in einem Beratungsprojekt bei einem Kunden in Deutschland oder Österreich. Du agierst als Schnittstelle zwischen Fachbereich und IT.
    • Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für eigene Arbeitspakete und analysierst die Ist-Situation, findest Optimierungspotenziale und entwickelst Lösungsvorschläge.
    • Du verstehst die Zusammenhänge im Projekt und behältst sie stets im Blick - die Business-Prozesse, die Technologie und das Zwischenmenschliche.
    • Gemeinsam mit Deinem Projektteam und in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Kunden bringst Du das Projekt voran – im Anforderungsmanagement, Projektmanagement und in der Strategie.
    • Mit Deinen innovativen Ideen entwickelst Du Xenium als Unternehmen und Arbeitgeber weiter.

    Qualifikation

    Du bist gut vorbereitet:

    • Studiert hast Du in einer der folgenden Fachrichtungen: Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Business Technology, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Ingenieurswissenschaften, Geoinformatik, Physik, Mathematik oder Ähnliches.
    • Du hast erste Berufserfahrungen in IT-Projekten oder promoviert.
    • Fragestellungen zur Digitalisierung begeistern Dich und Du hast den Willen, diese kreativ und mit Blick über den Tellerrand zu lösen.
    • Du denkst analytisch und konzeptionell und formulierst klar und präzise.
    • Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch und bist gerne im Durchschnitt 1-2 Tage pro Woche mit Deinem Projektteam beim Kunden vor Ort (Projekteinsätze im gesamten DACH-Raum möglich).
