    Dein Impact:

    Als Consultant Regulatory Advisory (m/w/d) berätst du nationale und in der EU ansässige Finanzinsti­tute zu Sustainable Finance, Gesamtbanksteuerung oder Eigenkapitalanforderungen – und trägst so zu nachhaltigen Prozessen in der Regulatorik und der Zukunftsfähigkeit unserer Kunden bei.

    • Dynamik: Du unterstützt mit deinem interdisziplinären Team unsere Mandanten in dem sich laufend ändernden Umfeld der regulatorischen Anforderungen.
    • Aufgabenvielfalt: Dafür entwickelst du mit unseren Expert:innen Konzepte zur Geschäftsopti­mierung und setzt aufsichtsrechtlich getriebene Umsetzungsprojekte erfolgreich um.
    • Know-how: In deinen Projekten unterstützt du die Ermittlung der Eigenkapitalanforderungen nach Basel III/CRR III und baust profundes Wissen im regulatorischen Umfeld auf.
    • Wachstum: Bei der Identifikation neuer Geschäftsfelder, der Akquise neuer Mandanten und der Angebotserstellung arbeitest du gemeinsam mit dem Team.
    • Innovation: Im Rahmen deiner Tätigkeit bringst du eigene Ideen ein, um Kunden noch besser zu beraten und wirkst bei der Entwicklung neuer Produkte bis zur Marktreife mit.

    Dein Skillset:

    • Abschluss in Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder vergleichbar, gerne erste praktische Erfahrungen in Beratungsprojekten oder bei Finanzdienstleistern/Kreditinstituten
    • Idealerweiseerste Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Aufsichtsrecht und Risikomanagement, z. B. in den Themenbereichen Eigenmittelanforderungen oder Liquiditätssteuerung
    • Zahlenaffinität, sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, Lust auf anspruchsvolle Projekte und die Arbeit in einem interdisziplinären Team
    • Hohes Engagement, Eigenverantwortung, Freude am Lernen im Hinblick auf neue Arbeitsfelder und Aufgaben sowie agile Arbeitsweise
    • Reisebereitschaft sowie Spaß an der Kommunikation und Präsentation für anspruchsvolle Zielgruppen auf Deutsch und Englisch (mindestens gut in Wort und Schrift)
