- You will conduct onsite product demonstrations, answer technical questions, contribute to proposals, analyze clients' needs, and develop technical solutions in a pre-sales ISP environment
- Becoming the technical subject matter expert on TP-Link Business Networking products, features, functions, and benefits, while being able to share that knowledge with audiences of our ISP partners
- Understand customer and partner's requirements on project; successfully deploy full TP-Link product solutions
- Create design/deployment guides for both external and internal audiences
- Maintain strong interpersonal presentation and troubleshooting skills
- Provide strong support in the ISP testing department
- A minimum of 3 year's experience in a similar role; past product and project experience with ISP projects preferably in the telecom industry.
- Ability to communicate complex technical topics to customers and co-workers of varying technical skill level
- Knowledge of TCP/IP stack, application protocols (DHCP/DNS/HTTPs), and networking concepts
- Knowledge of Gateway and expansion products. (DSL/VDSL/GPON/Fibre Connection/4G/Mesh/Repeaters etc.)
- Experience of networking and telecommunications products and solution
- Skilled in end-to-end network troubleshooting.
- Fluent in German and English (spoken & written)
- Excellent technical presentation and communication skills
