- Studium vorzugsweise mit Berührungspunkten zu Versicherungen und / oder Sustainable Finance / ESG
- Hohes Interesse und erste Erfahrung im Nachhaltigkeitsumfeld sowie Einblick in aktuelle Markttrends und Herausforderungen im Bereich Sustainable Finance / ESG-Regulierung
- Idealerweise Kenntnis der Abläufe und Strukturen innerhalb von Versicherungen (Kernprozesse, Compliance, Risikomanagement, Reporting)
- Hohe Kundenorientierung, ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten, Teamplayerqualitäten, schnelle Auffassungsgabe, sicheres Auftreten und Kenntnisse in MS Office
