Position Overview

To continue this trajectory, we're searching for a highly qualified operations specialist with strong analytical skills.


In this global cross-functional role, you are managing budgets, optimizing processes, improving marketing efficiency and uniting people across the organization to keep them moving forward.


Responsibilities

Budget management:


  • Monitor the daily spend / purchase orders of the global marketing & communications team, in close collaboration with the team controller
  • Support and maintain departmental budgets, track expenses, and provide regular reports to senior leadership team

Performance monitoring and team efficiency:


  • Regular performance monitoring and reporting (quarterly), identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement
  • Increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures
  • Track global team priorities

Project Management:


  • Manage global marketing & communications projects
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in operations and finance management
  • Provide guidance and support to marketing team members, fostering a collaborative and resultsdriven culture.
  • Maintain document management system and manage files

Team assistance:


  • Oversee daily operations in collaboration with department leaders, and perform administrative tasks
  • Organize Face to Face meeting, workshops or team events
  • Manage the team calendar, team correspondence and invites
  • Support the recruitment process / onboarding of new hires

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in finance, marketing, business administration, communication or similar field
  • Proven 3+ years' experience in a business management, operations, finance or executive support role
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Versatile abilities and extreme dedication to efficient productivity
  • Experience in data analysis and budget management
  • Nimble business mind, focused on developing creative solutions
  • Ultimate teamplayer with ability to work with a global and highly matrixed team including stakeholders in Europe, North America, and Asia
