- Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer HRIS-Systeme , insbesondere SAP SuccessFactors als zentrale Daten- und Service-Plattform
- Überwachung, Bewertung und Verbesserung der Datenqualität
- Regelmäßige Analyse und Verbesserung aller HR-Datenprozesse
- Management und der Implementierung kontinuierlicher Verbesserungen im HR-Datenmanagement
- Umsetzung komplexer HR-Initiativen auf Datenseite (Bonusauszahlungen und Gehaltsanpassungen, Organisationsveränderungen)
- Schnittstellenmanagement zu unseren (globalen) Payroll-Providern und Riedel-internen Anwendungen
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Datenmanagement sowie als Systemadministrator
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in relationalen Datenbanken und deren Auswertungen (SQL, etc.)
- Grundkenntnisse im Projektmanagement / Anforderungsmanagement
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse , dieauch international einen Austausch in Wort und Schrift mit unseren Kollegen und Dienstleistern ermöglichen
- Hands-on Mentalität
- Grundkenntnisse in Entgeltdaten (Variabel/Fest) und Kenntnisse von Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung, Steuerkenntnisse sowie Sozialversicherungskenntnisse sind von Vorteil
