    Deine Tätigkeiten
    • Communication Management: Umfassende Kundenkommunikation über Telefon, E-Mail und WhatsApp
    • Projektmanagement: Suche nach neuen Kooperationspartnern und Kontaktaufnahme
    • Account Management: Betreuung unserer Veranstalter-Partner sowie Unterstützung bei der Planung von Branchen- und Teamevents (Jugendreise-Kongress, ITB, )
    • Content Management: Du gestaltest aktiv Website-Inhalte als Teil unseres Content-Teams (Reisebeschreibungen, FAQ, Bebilderung)
    • Digital Marketing Management: Du betreust alle relevanten Online-Marketing-Kanäle (SEO, Paid, Social) und analysierst die Kampagnen mit professionellen Tracking- und Analyse-Tools
    Dein Profil
    • Du hast idealerweise einen touristischen oder geisteswissenschaftlichen Hintergrund bzw. Studiengang
    • Du bist ein Kommunikationstalent und verfügst über Cross-Cultural Competence
    • Du arbeitest strukturiert und zielorientiert an einer Aufgabe
    • Du bist ein zuverlässiger Ansprechpartner und hältst dich an Absprachen und Termine
    • Du schreibst gern und in fehlerfreiem Deutsch
    • Du suchst ein freiwilliges Praktikum oder ein Pflichtpraktikum
    • Dauer mindestens 3 Monate, mehr ist möglich (z.B. 4, 5 oder 6 Monate)
    • Bonuspunkt: Du warst schon einmal in einem Feriencamp - als Kind oder als Betreuer
