    R&D Scientist required to join a Deep Tech startup where you will be involved in designing and building test experiments. This is a chance to work in a young and dynamic team with an excellent chance to have impact on genuine deep tech.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Designing and executing test experiments to evaluate product performance and functionality.
    • Work on the development of their infrared Spectrometer
    • Evaluate intricate spectroscopic data, and lead their prototyping efforts
    • Work autonomously and have a decision-making approach to find ways to enhance the product and identify new potentials.
    • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate spectroscopic techniques into product development.
    • Contributing to the overall success of the team by actively participating in discussions and sharing expertise.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelors/Masters/Ph.D degree in Physics, Chemistry, Engineering, or related field.
    • Proven experience in designing and conducting experimental investigations.
    • Proficiency in spectroscopic data analysis techniques.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and make decisions autonomously.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
    • Prior experience in a startup environment or interdisciplinary research is a plus.
    • Familiarity with prototyping techniques and rapid iteration processes is desirable.
