Sr Deals Operation Specialist, DE Marketplace Promotions Amazon German Marketplace - EU Key Account Management Team is looking for a Sr Deals Operation Specialist to join the team in Berlin.
This role provides operations support as the primary interface between different business partners (e.g Key Account Managers, Account Managers, Marketplace Consultants) being able to mitigate process defects & suggest process improvements.
The Sr Deals Operation Specialist has the core job of supporting with data validation, trouble shooting defects, monitoring and ensuring quality of processes across their partnering teams.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be process and data driven. You will need to proactively think and act fast, and lead scalable solutions to found defects. Key job responsibilities- Supports the EU Key Account Management Team- Trouble shoots defects by validating data sets- Identifies defect trends and raises improvement suggestions (i.e. building or improving existing reporting tools/mechanisms)- Process Improvement and projects support- Demonstrates high attention to detail, with a data driven approach We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations: Berlin, BE, DEUBASIC QUALIFICATIONSPosted:
