- Support in the preparation of offers (overstock, outrunning, bargain, etc.) through preparation and Provision of the data specifically required for Distance Retail customers
- Check customer websites and catalogue pages, combined with appropriate measures and/or escalation to Marketing, Product data, and Sales team
- Supporting internal stakeholders with contracts and orders management
- Independent handling of sample processes, Inventory management, preparation, and dispatch for customer sampling
- Market observation and competitors' analysis
- Participation and support at the national kick-off meeting for new products
- Secondary school
- 3-year experience in similar roles, preferably in an international environment
- Well organized, able to prioritize tasks and process them quickly
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Efficient use Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluency in both German and English is required
