- Sie unterstützen den Produktions- und Servicebereich, indem sie Verbesserungspotentiale innerhalb der Prozesskette identifizieren und bewerten.
- Die Materialbestellung, der Materialfluss und die Kostenoptimierung obliegt ebenfalls Ihrer Verantwortung.
- Dabei arbeiten Sie eng mit verschiedenen Abteilungen zusammen und stellen sicher, dass die Prozesse den Unternehmenszielen entsprechend effektiv integriert werden.
- Darüber hinaus arbeiten Sie aktiv an der Konzeptionierung, Koordination und Umsetzung von abteilungsübergreifenden Digitalisierungsvorhaben am Standort mit Fokus auf Fertigungsbezug (z.B. TenPI Manufacturing Execution System) mit.
- Des Weiteren verantworten Sie die Entwicklung und Durchführung von Schulungen bzw. Workshops zur Förderung des Methodenwissens und zur Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeiter.
- Sie führen in fachlicher Verantwortung ein Projektteam.
- Abgeschlossenes fachspezifisches Studium (z.B. Maschinenbau) oder vergleichbare relevante Berufsausbildung in der Metallindustrie z.B. als Maschinen- und Anlagenführer mit Zusatzqualifizierung zum Techniker oder Vergleichbares
- Zusatzqualifikation im Bereich Lean, Six Sigma oder Belts
- Mind. 3-5 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in oben genannten Bereichen
- Anwendungskenntnisse im Bereich Lean Management, Continuous Improvement und Prozessmanagement in vergleichbaren Arbeitsumgebungen mit nachweisbaren Verbesserungen und Effizienzsteigerungen
- Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis, hohes Maß an Kreativität und Problemlösekompetenz
- Sichere Umgang mit MS-Office-Programmen und SAP
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse
- Englischkenntnisse mind. B1-Niveau
- Ausgeprägtes interkulturelles Verständnis, hohe Teamfähigkeit sowie gute Kommunikationsskills
