    Du magst es Kunden zu beraten und willst eine Karriere im Kundenservice starten?

    Doctolib sucht zur Verstärkung des Teams und zur engen Zusammenarbeit mit allen internen Abteilungen nach eine(r)m Mitarbeiter*in im Product Support.

    Deine Aufgaben

    • Du betreust und begleitest die Ärzt*innen telefonisch hinsichtlich der Nutzung unserer Software und beantwortest eingehende Fragen
    • Du verantwortest eine schnelle und wirksame Verarbeitung von Email-Anfragen und stellst somit die Zufriedenheit unserer Kund*innen sicher
    • Nach dem Onboarding Team bist Du erste*r Ansprechpartner*in und schulst die Ärzt*innen in der Nutzung unserer Software entsprechend nach
    • Du machst alle unsere Ärzt*innen zu Doctolib-Fans und lässt sie Teil des Abenteuers werden
    • Je nach Profil und Deinen eigenen Vorstellungen unterstützen wir Dich darin, Dich im Rahmen verschiedener Projekte persönlich und fachlich weiterzuentwickeln – bei entsprechender Eignung auch in eine Managementrolle hinein.

    Um Teil unseres Teams zu werden bringst du mit

    • Du verfügst über eine herausragende Ausdrucksweise in Wort und Schrift
    • Du bringst erste Erfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung, IT Support oder technischer Beratung mit
    • Du bist technikaffin und vertraut mit gängigen Office Anwendungen (Outlook, GSuite)
    • Du besitzt eine zuvorkommende Art und eine große Portion Geduld
    • Du bringst viel Freude am Umgang mit Kund*innen mit
    • Du bist empathisch und hast Freude daran, Herausforderungen zu verstehen und zu bewältigen
    • Du bist flexibel, proaktiv und zeichnest Dich durch Deine selbständige Arbeitsweise aus
    • Du sprichst Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau und hast Grundkenntnisse in Englisch
