  • The Technical Expert Network Data Center Services will be responsible for designing, installing and troubleshooting Data Center network infrastructure by following network engineering design as well as technology standards including compliance, audits, and financial standards of the data center organization

Your responsibilities:


  • Effective delivery and operations of Data Center network Services in the global data centers.
  • The responsibility includes the oversight of installations, detailed designs, configurations and technical changes based on standards, best practices and standard operating procedures.
  • Responsible for the 24x7 operational oversight and direction to both external technical and engineering teams.
  • Leads external Datacenter Engineering staff responsible for network installations, operation, and maintenance of all associated services.
  • Professionally leads culturally diverse teams with professional and/or technical backgrounds.
  • Support and ensure compliance to defined IT Governance controls, standards, and practices.

Minimum requirements

What you will bring to the role:

  • University degree in Computer Science or comparable education; fluent English, written and spoken.
  • IT Infrastructure Management experience and IT Service Management Practices (ITIL Foundation Certification).
  • 10 years of data center experience in network operations, with superior troubleshooting skills.
  • CCIE, CCNP or other comparable certification or experience, CCDA, CCDP desired.
  • Excellent understanding of Networking and Virtualization technologies, with experience working with Network Optimization Technologies.
  • Solid experience working with a Cisco L2 & L3 platform technologies, as well as with Cisco Nexus platform (2k, 5k, 7k, and 9k ).
  • Extensive expertise on IP routing protocols such as EIGRP, OSPF, and BGP.
  • Track record in delivering on time, quality and budget, interacting with a typically diverse internal and external audience and is required to communicate complex information.
