- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into technical requirements and solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
- Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow modules, specifically ITOM, SecOps, WDS, and IRM, ensuring alignment with best practices and client specifications.
- Develop custom workflows, integrations, and reports to enhance the functionality of the ServiceNow platform.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow applications, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues as they arise.
- Conduct user training sessions and create comprehensive documentation to ensure effective utilization of the ServiceNow platform by client teams.
- Stay current with ServiceNow updates and new features, providing recommendations for continuous improvement and optimization of client environments.
- Participate in project planning and execution, delivering projects on time and within scope.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, and business analysts, to ensure successful project delivery.
- C1 Certified in German
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Consultant, with a strong focus on ITOM, SecOps, WDS, and IRM modules.
- In-depth technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including configuration, development, and integration capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to gather and analyze client requirements, design effective solutions, and implement them within the ServiceNow framework.
- ServiceNow certifications in ITOM, SecOps, WDS, and/or IRM are highly desirable.
- Experience working in an agile development environment is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
