We are recruiting a German speaking Team leader in Dublin to lead a customer support team.Missions:
- Supervise, motivate and lead the team
- Create and maintain positive working environment
- Ensure that team's overall development, training and evaluation are focused on achieving the KPIs
- Develop strategies aimed at improving customer satisfaction
- Ensure employee adherence to company regulations and performance goals
- Develop both individual and team plans for continuous improvement.
Profile:
- Native/fluent in German, both oral and written. Fluent in English
- Minimum 1 year of proven working experience in leading Customer support teams
- Experience managing the client relationship and reporting
- Dynamic, autonomous proactive and data driven
- A team player with strong leadership, analytical and communication skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package
- Ability to adapt.
