    Aufgaben

    Das erwartet dich bei uns:

    Als IT-Systemadministrator spielst du eine Schlüsselrolle in unserem Technologie-Team. Du bist mitverantwortlich für die Verwaltung, Wartung und Optimierung unserer hybriden IT-Infrastruktur. Mit deinem Einsatz erlaubst du es uns, eine stabile und sichere IT-Umgebung zu gewährleisten, die uns ermöglicht, effizient zu arbeiten. Deine Arbeit bildet das Rückgrat unserer technologischen Aktivitäten und trägt direkt zum Erfolg unseres Unternehmens bei.

    Zu deinen Aufgaben zählen:

    • Administration unserer hybriden Infrastruktur: Linux, Windows, AWS, Microsoft 365, weitere Clouddienste
    • Verwaltung unserer Virtualisierungssysteme
    • Administration von Netzwerk- und WLAN-Komponenten
    • Überwachung und Wartung unsere Backup-Systeme
    • Betreuung unserer Firewall-Systeme
    • Verwaltung von Microsoft 365 Diensten (Exchange Online, Azure AD, Sharepoint)
    • Technischer Support für unsere MitarbeiterUnsere Infrastruktur:
    • Windows und Mac Clients
    • Cloudinfrastruktur größtenteil bei AWS (Linux, Windows, Serverless-Dienste)
    • Lokale Serverinfrastruktur auf Basis von VMware
    • Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Azure AD, Sharepoint)
    • Breiter Einsatz von Atlassian-Produkten

    Qualifikation

    Das bringst du mit:

    • Du hast entweder eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker Systemintegration (oder einen vergleichbaren Abschluss) oder alternativ mehrjährige Praxiserfahrung als IT-Systemadministrator.
    • Du bringst einen offenen und transparenten Kommunikationsstil mit und bist ein echter Teamplayer, der die Zusammenarbeit und den Teamgeist schätzt und fördert.

    Weitere Pluspunkte sammelst du mit (optional):

    • Erfahrung mit Cloudsystemen wie AWS und Microsoft 365
    • Erfahrung mit Netzwerk- und WLAN-Technik
    • Erfahrung mit Backup- und Firewall-Systemen
    • Erfahrung mit Atlassian-Produkten
    • Erfahrung mit macOS

    Was die Arbeit bei uns besonders macht:

    Deine Hardware kannst du größtenteils selber wählen. Fort- und Weiterbildungen sind bei uns immer möglich. Der Bus fährt dich fast vor die Haustür. Auch noch typisch für uns: mehrmals im Jahr machen wir den Laden für Teamevents dicht.
