- Work closely with our founders and our ventures nurturing strategic business opportunities and growth
- Independently plan and steer innovative projects aimed at scaling GLS/NXT, both in daily operations as well as taking our business international
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between our ventures and ensure alignment and synergy across teams
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline processes within our organization and implement solutions to enhance productivity and clarity
- Act as the right hand to our founders in taking our business model international, coordinating international expansion efforts and addressing challenges related to our Go-To-Market endeavours
- Support our team in achieving their objectives by managing schedules, ensuring optimal allocation of time and resources to priority tasks and projects and providing the tools and resources necessary
- Develop compelling pitches and presentations to articulate our business model and value proposition to internal stakeholders as well as external partners and clients and cultivate relationships with key contacts
- Degree from a renowned university in business administration, economics, management or a similar fields
- Proven experience in independent project management, business development or as an assistant to leadership role - ideally in a start-up or other fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment that demands excellence
- Proficiency speaking and writing German and English
- Excellent communication skills including a talent to effectively collaborate and build relationships across all levels of the organization
- Exceptional organizational skills and entrepreneurial with an inclination to prioritize effectively in a dynamic and growing setting
- Strategic thinking and analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations and initiatives
- Exceptional operational skills and a forte in managing cross-functional projects and processes and navigating complex business challenges
- Attention to detail and a strong proactive, pragmatic and creative approach to what you do

Then this role is for you Join us at GLS/NXT as a Founder's Associate and leave your mark enabling our founders and our ventures to grow business cases, develop top-notch digital products and achieve our vision to create a delightful experience for us customers.
In this position, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our founders, be at the center of strategic decision-making and drive our Go-To-Market endeavours. As trusted partners to our founders, you will take on daily issues and challenges that come with fast growth as well as conceptualize and implement entirely new strategies. You will play a key role in taking our business model international and take over responsibility for strategic projects aimed at scaling our operations.

GLS/NXT was founded in 2022 and aims to build the next generation of logistic experiences driven by technology - core, adjacent & beyond. More specifically, our sphere of interest are the Logistics and eCommerce sector. We are entrepreneurs and hence always start with the user's needs.
