As part of our CEO Office team, we are looking for a Business Operations Manager who will evaluate, prepare and execute high impact initiatives.

What is the role about?

Be a sparring partner to our leadership team and identify initiatives that deliver value to the highestlevel company priorities
Craft cross functional strategies and manage respective portfolio of optimization initiatives
Lead the development and implementation of projects using Agile methodologies
Gather and analyze data through quantitative and qualitative mechanisms to support decisions on critical strategic issues

What will you need to be successful?

Strong educational background in the business or quantitative field
First experience at a top tier strategy consulting firm or investment banking
Additional experience in a scale up working on Project Management, Business Operations, Business Improvement, Strategic Projects, Venture Development, would be a strong asset
Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, you know how to make decisions based on data relevant to the required and current environment
You have worked in and driven the agile change environment in a technology related organisation to help them thrive in fastpaced and dynamic environments
Ability to know how to focus and prioritize your responsibilities while backing up your decisions with data
Resultsorientation, with a demonstrated hunger and ability to deliver impact
Great communication skills with a proven track record of collaborating across departments and communicating with a variety of audiences
