- Steuerung und Überwachung von internen Reporting-Prozessen und kontinuierliche Validierung der Datenqualität
- Anlaufstelle & Sparringpartner für interne & externe Stakeholder bzgl. der monatlichen Umsatz- und SFE-Reports
- Support für den Außendienst und Regionalleitung in Bezug auf die Nutzung des aktuellen Reporting Systems und vorhandener Standard Reports (MS Power BI) sowie Troubleshooting.
- Auf be rei tung von Da ten und Durchführen von Analysen als Grund lage für Ma na ge mententscheidungen
- Unterstützung bei der Bonusberechnung
- Projekteinsatz im Bereich SFE/Commercial Excellence
- Abgeschlossenes Studium mit wirtschaftswissenschaftlichem Hintergrund
- Teamplayer mit ausgeprägten analytischen Skills und überzeugenden Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der gesamten MS Office Palette, insb. Excel & Power Point
- Grundkenntnisse bzgl. MS Power BI/SQL-Datenbanken
- Erfahrung bzgl. Pharma-Industrie und -Marktdaten von Vorteil
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit CRM-Systemen (bspw. OCE, Veeva) von Vorteil
- Fließende Englisch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
