    About This Role:

    As Manager Operational Effectiveness, you play a crucial role in optimizing the sales outcomes of the German branch. This includes implementing the Operational Effectiveness strategy, managing target groups, conducting data-driven territory analyses, and localizing relevant global and local initiatives to cultivate a sustainably performance-driven culture, working closely with the Director Operational Effectiveness.

    What to Expect:

    • Establishing a sustainable, performance-driven sales culture, with standard KPIs and regular needs-based reporting to continuously enhance the sales outcomes of the ‘Specialty’ business unit.
    • Enhancing sales and territory structures, implementing sales strategies, and overseeing technical aspects in relevant sales programs and reporting frameworks.
    • Introducing efficient performance tracking at national and regional levels, providing customized reports, and developing area-specific objectives for field sales teams.
    • Implementing Operational Effectiveness processes, like profiling, segmentation, and targeting, to boost the effectiveness of tailored customer engagement in the ‘Specialty’ business unit.
    • Leading the planning, execution, and technical implementation of Omni-Channel Cycle plans in collaboration with stakeholders, assessing the effectiveness of audience-specific communication concepts and defining relevant KPIs.

    Skills and Qualifications:

    • Professional experience in Sales Force/Operational Effectiveness within an international dynamic setting, ideally in the healthcare industry.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (advanced Excel), CRM systems (Salesforce/VEEVA), working with dashboards and databases, and territory management tools (VEEVA Align/RegioGraph).
    • Strong project management skills, adept at utilizing sales metrics (market research/benchmarking), understanding pharmaceutical sales structures, and guiding change processes.
    • Fluent communication in English, both written and verbal.

    Requirements:

    • Completed studies in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Business Informatics, or similar).

    Additional Details:

    • Permanent full-time position.
    • Location: Munich.
    • This role adopts a hybrid work model, combining remote work with a minimum of 2-3 days per week in our Munich office. Flexibility may be required as per business demands. Candidates must be within a commutable distance of the office.
