The Regional Sales Effectiveness Lead (EMEA) will partner with regional and global leaders on the development and effectiveness of the revenue-generating employees in the Sales organization in the disciplines of:Seller Development
- Execute Sales Onboarding program in region and support managers and new hires throughout the process
- Execute Sales Manager Development Program in region
- Serve as content creator and as a facilitator for sales training and leadership sessions globally and/or regionally for all role levels
- Triage performance gaps by way of datadriven prioritization, engagement, and resolution
- Actively promote, build awareness and demand for enablement and program offerings with target audience
- Measure owned programs for learner adoption, content relevance, delivery effectiveness, and business impact
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure global alignment, sustainability, adoption, and change management of new programs or processes with overall sales and company strategy
- Represent the voice of sellers, and provide input and feedback on tools, processes, and communications as it relates to regional sales needs and adoption.
- Work with GSM Ops (especially Regional Business Partners) on the annual plan, including input into budget planning and forming annual program calendar withing region to support strategy
- Contribute to the development of processes and tools with sales operations for seller effectiveness, and sales motions
Qualifications:
Essential Knowledge:
- Successful execution of opportunity management and account management processes
- Thorough understanding of customer journey and buying process
- Sales, business and commercial acumen aligned to region, industries and NI
- Technical and business level impact of products, systems, platform, and partners
- One or more Sales Methodologies e.g., NI Demand Generation, MEDDIC, Challenger, etc.
Essential Skills:
- Engaging facilitation and presentation skills
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail
- Ability to build trusting and collaborative relationships with sales stakeholders and functional managers
- Ability to cast a vision to drive organization to desired future state
- Global experience/responsibilities preferred
- Holistic View able to see big picture and be detailed oriented in execution and providing direction
- Analytical appreciates the value of data analysis to provide critical metrics to show ROI
- Resourceful, adaptable, and resultsoriented with high energy and a positive attitude
Position Requirements:
- Preferred 5+ years complex technical sales experience required
- Preferred 2+ years of learning and development, sales coaching or management experience required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English required
- Located in or near office locations in Munich, Milan, Paris or Newbury
- Ability to travel up to 30% of time
