Your challenge:

As a People Operations Intern (d/f/m), you will join the Internal Operations team whose #1 goal is to make the company-wide operations run smoothly.

In this role, you will be supporting the people operations team to take care of the whole employee lifecycle.

Your responsibilities:

You will help the with a broad variety of administrative tasks, e.g. create contracts, coordinate the signature process, maintain digital and physical employee files.
You will support projects owners with task execution, e.g. help with server structure organisation, time tracking or electronic sickness certificates implementation.
You will have exposure to with the start of employees lifecycle and collaborate with different stakeholder to ensure a great onboarding experience.

Your profile:

You already gained first experiences in HR, in the best case already in a fast pacing environment. Experiences with an HRIS like HiBob or Personio are a plus.
You consider yourself handson and don't shy away from things that need to be done due to your high growth mindset which we are developing even further
You are a team player, always wear a smile and know how to handle stressful situations.
You speak both German and English fluently.
