    Wir suchen ab sofort für unseren Standort in Berlin einen Commercial Assistant (m/w/d), welcher mit organisatorischem und koordinativem Geschick das Retail Management Team für Deutschland und die Schweiz unterstützt.

    Deine Aufgaben:

    Du unterstützt das Retail Team mit deinem Know-How und deiner aufgeschlossenen Art. Als zuverlässige und dienstleistungsorientierte Persönlichkeit bist Du unter anderem für folgende Hauptaufgaben verantwortlich:

    • Du bist die Schnittstelle zwischen unserem Hauptsitz in Italien und unseren Filialen in Deutschland und der Schweiz.
    • Unterstützung der termingerechten Umsetzung von Vorgaben zu Produkten und Prozessen in den Stores in Deutschland und der Schweiz
    • Bearbeitung von Postein - und ausgängen sowie das Sortieren von E Mails
    • Bearbeitung von Rücksendungen aus dem Online Shop
    • Übersetzung von Werbematerial, firmeninternen Dokumenten und die allgemeine Korrespondenz (auf Französisch, Deutsch und Englisch)
    • Du kümmerst dich um Anliegen rund um unseren Fuhrpark
    • Außerdem bist du verantwortlich alles zum Thema Reisen im Auge zu behalten und unterstützt beim Reisemanagement
    • Übliche Bürotätigkeiten (Kopieren, Scannen, Büromaterial bestellen, Telefonate entgegennehmen)

    Dein Profil:

    • Idealerweise erste Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position im Office Management, gerne auch im Rahmen eines Praktikums.
    • Einen versierten Umgang mit allen Office-Programmen.
    • Einen kaufmännischen Hintergrund, idealerweise ein Studium.
    • Französischkenntnisse auf muttersprachlichem Niveau
    • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englisch - und/oder Italienischkenntnisse würden den Arbeitsalltag erleichtern, sind aber keine Voraussetzung.
    • Du bist strukturiert und dennoch flexibel, kannst selbstständig arbeiten und bist eine teamfähige Persönlichkeit.
