Your mission as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) - DACH (M/F/d)
We're actively seeking a dedicated
Sales Development Representative (SDR) - DACH (M/F/d) to join our innovative team.

In this role, you'll develop essential skills such as cold calling, prospecting, pitching, qualification and discovery, understanding value propositions, and mastering product knowledge.

Plus, there's a straightforward pathway to becoming a Sales Representative within our Inside Sales Team. As a SDR, you will play a pivotal role in our growth story.


What you'll be doing

  • Serving as the first point of contact for all inbound inquiries, showcasing your excellent communication skills and market expertise
  • Qualifying and understanding prospects' businesses, identifying challenges in market research, and articulating how Appinio can provide tailored solutions
  • Collaborating seamlessly across our global teams, ensuring the most appropriate leads are expertly handled, and always putting Appinio and the customer first
  • Providing invaluable feedback to our Marketing team based on your interactions with inbound leads
  • You will also handle outbound campaigns, targeting companies that the verticalised teams are not approaching this will give you a real chance to develop into a great allrounder

You will thrive in this role if

  • You are a
    native German speaker and fluent in
    English (written and spoken)

You have acquired 1 year of sales/sales development experience within the Market Research industry (strongly preferred)

  • You possess exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, allowing you to confidently engage with senior individuals, both internal and external
  • You possess excellent organizational skills, coupled with a diligent work ethic and acute attention to detail in every aspect of your work
