- Als fachbezogener Ansprechpartner bist du die erste Anlaufstelle für die Mitarbeiter der Instandhaltung, wo du dein Fachwissen gezielt einsetzt, um Probleme zu lösen und Prozesse zu optimieren.
- Du übernimmst die Einschulung des Wartungs- und Bedienungspersonals, indem du sie in die Funktionsweise der Anlagen einführst und sie mit den entsprechenden Arbeitsabläufen vertraut machst.
- Die Erarbeitung von Trainings- und Arbeitsmaterialien gehört zu deinen Aufgaben, wobei du Ablaufprozesse und Schnittstellenthematiken anschaulich aufbereitest, um die Effizienz und Qualität der Arbeit zu steigern.
- Du unterstützt aktiv bei der Planung, Installation und Inbetriebnahme von Neu- und Bestandsprojekten, indem du dein Fachwissen einbringst und gemeinsam mit dem Team Lösungen erarbeitest.
- In Meetings trägst du aktiv zum Austausch bei, bringst deine Ideen ein und arbeitest konstruktiv an der Weiterentwicklung der Projekte mit.
- Eigenverantwortlich beteiligst du dich an der Störungsbeseitigung, indem du schnell und effektiv Lösungen erarbeitest und umsetzt, um die Anlagenausfälle zu minimieren und die Produktionsprozesse aufrechtzuerhalten.
- Du führst aktive Schwachstellenanalysen durch, um potenzielle Problembereiche zu identifizieren und Maßnahmen zu entwickeln, die die Anlagenverfügbarkeit steigern und die Effizienz des Betriebs verbessern.
