    Deine Aufgaben

  • (Senior) Manager Financial Controlling / Gesamtbanksteuerung (w/m/d) wirst Du bei uns mit einem guten Studienabschluss der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Volkswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens. Promotion oder Berufsexamina sind gerne gesehen aber keine Voraussetzung.
  • Du verfügst über langjährige Erfahrung in der Beratung von Banken, idealerweise in den Themenfeldern Financial Controlling, Gesamtbanksteuerung oder integrierte Planung.
  • Dazu konntest Du mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung von Teams und Projekten im Kontext Finance, Controlling und/oder Gesamtbanksteuerung sammeln.
  • Hohes analytisches Vermögen, Kreativität, Kommunikationsstärke sowie Team- und Mandant:innenorientierung zeichnen Dich aus.
  • Idealerweise besitzt Du fundierte Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Mandant:innenbeziehungen und in der Akquisition von Projekten.
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse setzen wir voraus.
  • Deine hohe Reisebereitschaft rundet Deine Qualifikationen ab.

    Du willst mit Deiner Expertise und Deinen Qualifikationen im CFO unseren Bereich mitgestalten? Dann kannst Du Dich hier einbringen:
  • Als (Senior) Manager Financial Controlling / Gesamtbanksteuerung (w/m/d) berätst Du unsere Mandant:innen der CFO-Funktion in der Bank-Industrie bei strategischen und operativen Fragestellungen.
  • Du hilfst bei der fachlichen Beratung komplexer Themenfelder in Bezug auf Ergebnisrechnung, Planung, Reporting und Gesamtbanksteuerung und bringst die Digitalisierung voran.
  • Darüber hinaus koordinierst und unterstützt Du die Umsetzung der Themenfelder, zusammen mit unseren Kolleg:innen aus dem Bereich Technology & Finance Consulting.
  • Du übernimmst die Führung von Teams als (Teil-)Projektleiter:in und fungierst als Ansprechperson bei Mandant:innen vor Ort.
  • Weitere aktuelle Finance-Themen wie S/4HANA-Implementierungen, ESG, Fintechs, Management Dashboards, Blockchain und Künstliche Intelligenz findest Du spannend.
  • Du nimmst eine Vorgesetztenfunktion ein und führst Personal.
  • Unterschiedliche Akquiseaufgaben fallen ebenfalls in Deinen Aufgabenbereich.
