Aufgabenstellung/ Verantwortlichkeiten:
Als Service Quotation Engineer (m/w/d) übernehmen Sie im Vertriebsinnendienst eine koordinierende Verantwortung und unterstützen so Ihre Kollegen im Außendienst in der Region Nord. Durch Ihre technische und wirtschaftliche Kompetenz sowie die enge Zusammenarbeit mit allen Kollegen, unseren Werken und ggfs. weiteren Projektbeteiligten tragen Sie zum Ausbau einer partnerschaftlichen Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Kunden bei. Als ausgeprägter Teamplayer ist eine intern wie extern gut abgestimmte Kommunikation für Sie die notwendige Basis für Ihre tägliche Arbeit.
Zu Ihrem primären Tagesgeschäft gehört es, die Leads unserer Servicetechniker zu bearbeiten und daraus Reparaturangebote abzuleiten. Auch die Erstellung von Wartungsangeboten liegt zu einem großen Teil in Ihrer Hand. Überdies unterstützen Sie die Service Verkäufer bei der Vorbereitung von Angeboten für unsere Trane Building Advantage (TBA) Services wie zum Beispiel: Maßnahmen zur Energieeinsparung bzw. der Betriebssicherheit und Trane Select Verträge.
Gemeinsam mit dem Service Verkäufer liegt Ihr Fokus auf dem Ausbau des Vertriebsgebietes, einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit und der Umsetzung der strategischen Vorgaben und Programme des Unternehmens. Sie verstehen es, eine Vielzahl von Angeboten effizient zu managen und nachzuverfolgen. Daneben unterstützen Sie auch das vertriebliche Berichtswesen (Forecast-/ Auftragsmeldung/ Angebotspipeline). Eine aktive Datenpflege (u.a. Eingabe/ Kontrolle der Kunden-, Standort-, Lieferantendaten) und die Anwendung unserer EDV-Tools sind für Sie selbstverständlich.
Ihr Profil:
· Technische Ausbildung im Bereich der Kältetechnik, möglichst in einem kaufm. Umfeld
· Organisationstalent und Teamfähigkeit, starker Kundenfokus
· Erfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst oder in einer vergleichbaren Position wäre von Vorteil
· Selbständige und sichere Arbeitsweise
· Schnelle Auffassungsgabe sowie die Fähigkeit, sich in neue Systeme einzuarbeiten
· Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
· Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
