    Manager Group Controlling Sustainability

    Standort: Mannheim

Dabei deckt das umfassende Leistungsportfolio von Bilfinger die gesamte Wertschöpfungskette von Consulting, Engineering, Fertigung, Montage und Instandhaltung über die Erweiterung und Generalrevision von Anlagen bis hin zu digitalen Anwendungen ab.

    Das Unternehmen erbringt seine Leistungen in zwei Geschäftsbereichen: Engineering & Maintenance und Technologies. Bilfinger ist überwiegend in Europa, in Nordamerika und im Mittleren Osten aktiv. Die Kunden aus der Prozessindustrie kommen aus den Bereichen Energie, Chemie & Petrochemie, Pharma & Biopharma sowie Öl & Gas. Mit seinen über 30. Mitarbeitenden hält der Konzern höchste Sicherheits- und Qualitätsstandards ein und erwirtschaftete im Geschäftsjahr einen Umsatz von 4,3 Milliarden €. Um seine Ziele zu erreichen, hat Bilfinger zwei strategische Stoßrichtungen identifiziert: die Neupositionierung als führendes Unternehmen in der Steigerung von Effizienz und Nachhaltigkeit und die operative Exzellenz, welche die Leistungsfähigkeit der Organisation verbessern wird.

    Aufgaben

    • Unterstützung der Konzernleitung durch Ermittlung und Analyse betriebswirtschaftlicher Kennzahlen des Nachhaltigkeitsberichtswesens mit Hilfe moderner Controlling-Instrumente
    • Verantwortung der strategischen und operativen Weiterentwicklung der Prozesse des Nachhaltigkeitsberichtswesens (v.a. EU-Taxonomie und unternehmenseigene KPIs) inkl. Aktualisierung von Richtlinien, Handbüchern und Durchführung von Trainings
    • Durchführung von Projekten zum Auf- und Ausbau entsprechender Reporting- und Controlling-Prozesse sowie enge Begleitung des Roll-Outs im Konzern
    • Inhaltliche Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der Controlling-Tools und Reporting-Standards, sowie der Data-Strategy im Konzern gemeinsam mit den zuständigen Fachteams in der Konzernzentrale und der Shared Services Organisation, dabei insbesondere Zuständigkeit für das Sustainability-Daten-Management (Sustainable Services, Carbon Footprint, etc.) als Basis für internes und externes Nachhaltigkeitsreporting
    • Mitwirkung bei Erstellung sowie Analyse und Qualitätssicherung konsolidierter Ist-, Forecast- und Planinformationen für den Bilfinger-Konzern sowie dessen Segmente/Divisionen/Regionen/Einheiten
    • Mitwirkung bei Erstellung der Quartals- und Jahresabschlussberichterstattung des Konzerns
    • Durchführung von Analysen zur Beurteilung der Leistungsfähigkeit des Konzerns und seiner Segmente/Divisionen/Regionen/Einheiten
    • Beratung und Unterstützung des Vorstands sowie der Bereichs- und Teamleitungen der Accounting-, Controlling, Tax und Finance Funktionen bei der Entscheidungsfindung
    • Mitarbeit an Konzern- und Sonderprojekten wie Verkäufen bzw. Akquisitionen und Integrationen von Unternehmenseinheiten
    • Abstimmung mit angrenzenden Funktionen des Konzern-Managements, insb. Investor Relations, Strategy, Mergers & Akquisitions, Products & Innovation, Internal Audit sowie dem Einkauf und Human Resources

    Anforderungen

    • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium mit wirtschaftswissenschaftlichem Schwerpunkt idealerweise mit Vertiefung in Controlling und / oder Accounting (Master / Diplom) (ggf. Bachelor als Junior)
    • Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung idealerweise mit konkreten Erfahrungen im Bereich Nachhaltigkeitsberichtswesen
    • Erfahrung im Unternehmens- / Projektcontrolling, der internen Revision oder in der Unternehmensberatung
    • Unternehmerische Denkweise und weitreichendes Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge
    • Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten, Kompetenz zur Strukturierung von Problemen, sowie deren Lösung
    • Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, Eigeninitiative und Teamfähigkeit, sowie Bereitschaft zur Übernahme von Verantwortung
    • Freude an Veränderung und Gestaltung neuer Prozesse
    • Sicheres und verbindliches Auftreten und erfahren im Umgang mit Geschäftsführung und Vorstand
    • Sehr gute Kenntnisse von Microsoft Office-Produkten, einschließlich Microsoft Teams
    • Sehr gute Englisch-Kenntnisse
