- Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der IT-Infrastruktur (Server, Storage, Firewalls, Router, LAN, WAN, VPN, Drucker)
- Verwaltung und Betrieb der Softwaresysteme unter Windows und teilweise Linux (Konfiguration, Monitoring, Patchmanagement, Rechtemanagement, Backups, Security)
- Erstellung und Umsetzung von Konzepten im Team IT-Operations zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Effizienz und Kundenzufriedenheit
- Bereitwilligkeit zur Teilnahme an vergüteter wechselnder Rufbereitschaft außerhalb der regulären Arbeitszeiten
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Berufsausbildung zum Fachinformatiker oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Praktische mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich IT-Operations
- Idealerweise haben Sie bereits Erfahrungen mit Citrix, Exchange, VMware, Fortigate und Barracuda Firewalls, Azure AD, Jira, Confluence und ITIL-Prozessen
- Eigenständiges, lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten, systematisch und strukturiertes Denken und Handeln
- Flexibilität, Einsatzbereitschaft, Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie Freude an Teamarbeit
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort- und Schrift runden Ihr Profil ab
