- Set up the regulatory strategy for the European authorization of Ecolab biocidal products
- Organize and lead cross-functional authorization project teams addressing key business needs with assigned resources
- Develop and submit European authorization dossiers for biocidal products in collaboration with external consultants
- Defend the authorization process and address evaluation questions from EU and member state authorities with the internal registration project team and with external partners
- Review internal data and test reports to ensure formal compliance as well as contracts and data with external suppliers to ensure sourcing in legal compliance in cooperation with internal stakeholders
- Monitor and implement changing EU and biocide guidance
- Provide regulatory surveillance (. intelligence) and business impact assessment of emerging regulations, actively engaging and communicating to stakeholders within the organization (., R&D, Marketing)
- PhD or MSc degree in Natural Science or Life Science (Chemist, Toxicologist, Ecotoxicologist or similar)
- Profound work experience in biocides Regulation (EU) 528/2012 or other European chemicals regulation . REACH
- Proven project management, communication and problem-solving skills in a regulated environment
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and excellent time management skills
- Demonstrated success coordinating activities with internal businesses and external customers or business partners
- Fluent English with good written and verbal communication skills
- Good MS Office skills
