    IT Project & Report Expert (m/f/d)


    Job Description

    • Steering and optimizing IT planning.
    • Planning and ensuring budget reporting.
    • Collaboration on IT projects.
    • Summarizing facts and data for stakeholders.
    • Creating management-friendly templates or presentations for decision-making bodies.
    • Development and implementation of management oriented IT Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
    • Efficient management and provision of international reports.
    • Introduction and implementation of methods and standards for IT reporting.
    • Support and advice to IT departments within the reporting and planning processes.
    • Analysis and evaluation of inconsistencies or deviations.
    • Development of optimization measures and action plans for budget and performance.
    • Design and leadership of IT internal performance projects to increase transparency and efficiency.

    Qualification

    • Degree in computer science, business informatics or economics.
    • Professional experience in IT management, ideally with an insurance company.
    • Sound experience in IT contract management.
    • Strong analytical and structured thinking skills to solve complex problems.
    • High level of motivation, committed, independent and careful way of working.
    • Strong sense of initiative, reliability and goal orientation.
    • High willingness to work in a team.
    • Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
