- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence
- Act as a gatekeeper, screening and prioritizing incoming communications to ensure efficient time management for the CEO
- Facilitate effective communication between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Draft and edit emails, presentations, reports, and other documents on behalf of the CEO
- Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation related to the CEO's responsibilities.
- Assist in coordinating and managing special projects, initiatives, and events as directed by the CEO.
- Conduct research and prepare briefs to support decision-making processes
- Support the People function with ad hoc projects and analyses related to People Experience and Management topics.
- Collaborate with the People function to ensure a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations for the CEO
- Manage logistical aspects of meetings, conferences, and events involving the CEO
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- You have excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience in an executive support role, preferably within a startup environment
- Affinity with numbers and able to support analyses and reporting
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
