- Du verantwortest als Specialist Radio Network Planning die selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Planung und Projektierung von Maßnahmen im Radio Netz für Spezialanforderungen im Bereich der Schienenwege in Deutschland (Freifeld, Tunnel, Bahnhöfe).
- Du planst und projektierst Radio Maßnahmen für Kund:innen-Projekte.
- Du arbeitest an der Planung und Projektierung von Maßnahmen im Radio Netz im Hinblick auf E2E-performance, Kostenreduzierung (CAPEX, OPEX) sowie Qualitätsverbesserung in enger Abstimmung mit den anderen Planungsgruppen und in Abstimmung mit der Deutschen Bahn.
- Du nimmst an Meetings mit Lieferanten, Partnern und externen Kunden (speziell der Deutschen Bahn) teil und stellst Deine abgestimmten Lösungen im Radio Netz vor.
- Du bist für die Erstellung und Umsetzung von Netzausbaustrategien und Planungskonzepten zuständig.
- Du planst und koordinierst Maßnahmen innerhalb von Transformationsprojekten im Radio Netz.
- Du arbeitest an der Erstellung und dem Review von Anforderungen an Prozesse, Planungs- und Dokumentationstools.
- Ein abgeschlossenes technisches oder naturwissenschaftliches Studium oder eine ähnliche Qualifikation mit mindestens 2 Jahren Berufserfahrung in der Netzplanung und/oder Projektleitung in der Telekommunikationsbranche.
- Gute Kenntnisse des Radio Netzes und der eingesetzten Technologien sowie der Netzinfrastruktur.
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Umgang mit Planungstools.
- Gute Präsentationstechnik, Repräsentation und Verhandlungsgeschick.
- Analytische, konzeptionelle und organisatorische Fähigkeiten sowie die Fähigkeit, theoretisches Wissen im konkreten Fall nutzbringend anzuwenden.
- Selbstständiges Arbeiten, hohe Eigeninitiative, Teamfähigkeit, Dienstleistungsdenken und Belastbarkeit.
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
