    Key responsibilities

    1. Develop and execute the annual marketing plan which supports the strategic growth priorities for Germany in partnership with sales, BD, R&D...

    2. Responsible for the overview of the customer journey, for all channels and all media Strengthening Pylontech brand awareness, and accelerating customer decision-making/buying process Generate standard communication material (video, leaflet, brochure, SBD intro, website...)

    3. Define event and campaign key performance indicators with sales and ensure the goals are met Build strong working relationships with 3rd party event organizers, channel partners, digital marketing agencies, and media to identify relevant opportunities for driving brand awareness and lead generation Leverage channel partners to create and execute demand creation programs to generate leads and drive new opportunities into the pipeline Ensure and drive a digital-first mindset in all tactics.

    4. Monitor and control implementation of the marketing plan and ensure adherence to budget, perform ROI analysis on all online, offline campaigns and events Define and execute on Public Relations and media activities.

    Requirements:

    1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field

    2. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns

    3. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

    4. Knowledge of marketing analytics and ability to analyze data to measure campaign success

    5. Understanding of consumer behavior and market trends

    6.Creative and innovative thinker with ability to think outside the box

    7. Adaptability to changing market conditions and evolving marketing trends

    8. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure
