    Stadler Signalling ist das Kompetenzzentrum für Signaltechnik und Digitalisierung der Stadler-Gruppe mit mehreren Standorten in Deutschland, der Schweiz und in Nordamerika. In den Bereichen automatisiertes Fahren (ATO), Zugbeeinflussung (ETCS) moderne Gesamtsysteme (CBTC), Stellwerke und Fahrgastinformationssystemen arbeiten unsere Teams von top-qualifizierten Mitarbeitenden an der Weiterentwicklung unserer Signalling-Lösungen. Wir suchen Verstärkung für unser Team, um gemeinsam die Zukunft der Mobilität zu gestalten

    Ihre Aufgaben

  • Ansprechpartner:in für interne Kommunikation und Employer Branding für die Divisionen Service und Signalling von Stadler
  • Vereinheitlichen und Koordinieren der Kommunikationsmaßnahmen und Botschaften der über 80 Standorte
  • Konzeptionieren und Umsetzen divisionsweiter Kommunikationsprojekte in Abstimmung mit Group Communications
  • Generieren und Erstellen von multimedialem Content
  • Verantworten der laufenden Bespielung der Kommunikationskanäle
  • Aufbauen eines gruppenweiten internen Kommunikationsnetzwerks
  • Enges Zusammenarbeiten mit dem Group Communications Team
  • Mitgestalten der Arbeitgebermarke und zielgruppenorientierte Employer Branding Kommunikation
  • Führen des bestehenden Teams

    Als Communication Managerin (m/w/d) in Braunschweig sind Sie die Ansprechperson für interne Kommunikation und Employer Branding für die Divisionen Service und Signalling.
    Die Divisionen Service und Signalling sind an über 80 Standorten in 22 Ländern, hauptsächlich in Europa, tätig.

    Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium in den Bereichen Marketing, Kommunikation, Employer Branding oder Journalismus
  • Fundiertes Know-How im Erstellen von Texten und digitalen Kommunikationsformaten
  • Führungserfahrung
  • Idealerweise Berufserfahrung in der internen und externen Kommunikation oder Agenturerfahrung
  • Erfahrung in einem international, dezentral ausgerichteten Unternehmen und in der Umsetzung von länderübergreifenden Projekten von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englisch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise, Hands-On-Mentalität und Freude an der internationalen Zusammenarbeit
  • Reisebereitschaft (ca. 20%) an die verschiedenen Standorte, hauptsächlich in Europa
    • An diesen Standorten werden Schienenfahrzeugen gewartet, repariert und modernisiert sowie Signalling und digitale Lösungen in den Segmenten Mainline, Branchline, Light Rail Vehicle (LRV), Metro und Depot angeboten, um einen effizienten, digitalen und nachhaltigen Bahnbetrieb zu sichern.
