- Operational support in international projects to change organisations and processes in purchasing and supply chain management, particularly in the areas of change management, communication and corporate culture
- Implementation of derived measures as well as control and quality assurance of ongoing activities to ensure effective work results and processes
- Development, implementation and monitoring of change and communication framework concepts for the global strategic orientation of Corporate Procurement to support the handling of changes
- Ensuring the effectiveness of the implemented measures
- Conceptualising internal online and print media as well as designing and implementing content communication campaigns
Requirements
- Completed university or university of applied sciences degree in economics, psychology or human resources
- Professional experience and extensive methodological knowledge in the areas of project & change management, communication or organisational development
- Very good IT user knowledge, especially with MS Office
- Business fluent in English
- Existing work permit for the EU
