- Du empfiehlst sowohl technisch als auch kommerziell die optimalen Geräte auf die jeweilige Kundensituation und implementierst dazu Testgeräte bei unseren Kunden.
- Du führst technische und kommerzielle Wettbewerbsrecherchen durch.
- Du pflegst zentrale Datenbanken, wie Produktmatrizen und CRM-Systeme.
- Du führst Performance-Messungen (Benchmark Tests, Display, Energieverbrauch, ...) der Workplace-Hardware durch.
- Fundierte Erfahrung in technischer und idealerweise Presales-Funktion im Workplace-Umfeld.
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Hohe Lernbereitschaft sowie ausgeprägte Kenntnisse im Bereich Client Hardware und den damit verbundenen Marktprodukten.
- Hands-on-Mentalität gepaart mit technischer Exzellenz und dem Willen, für den Kunden das jeweils beste Ergebnis zu erzielen.

Deine Aufgaben
Als Business Development Specialist (w/m/d) liegt Dein Fokus darauf, unsere Workplace Sales Kollegen (w/m/d) sowie Endkunden technisch zu beraten und deren Workplace Geschäftsszenarien im Testlabor in Kerpen abzubilden. Gemeinsam mit unseren internen Schnittstellen und unseren Partnern erarbeitest Du individuelle Strategien, um unserem Kunden die bestmögliche Lösung zu bieten und zu testen. Der Fokus liegt dabei auf der technischen Beratung und Bearbeitung von Anfragen rund um den Arbeitsplatz (PCs, Monitore, Notebooks, Tablets etc.).
