- Sicherstellung der Softwarequalität und Betriebssicherheit aus fachlicher Sicht
- Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung der Anwendungssoftware zur Unterstützung der Prozessoptimierung, Automatisierung und Erreichung der vertrieblichen Ziele
- Identifizierung, Spezifizierung, Strukturierung und Verifizierung von Problemen (Unstimmigkeiten bzw. Fehler in den Prozessen, Applikationen) und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Korrektur
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung, vorzugsweise Bank- oder Investmentkaufmann bzw. abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Umfeld
- Erfahrungen im agilen Projektmanagement und zugehörigen Werkzeugen (Jira/Confluence)
- Kenntnisse des Kapitalmarkts und Investmentfondgeschäfts
- Verständnis für komplexe Zusammenhänge
- Ganzheitliches und lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten
- Hohe Service- und Kundenorientierung
