- Lifecycle Management: Oversee and align growth strategies in close collaboration with the related regulatory and commercial functions as well as safeguarding product supply in collaboration with Technical Operations

- Foster collaboration: Create a unified approach across the entire commercial organization, establishing seamless connections with Tech Ops, Regulatory, Supply, and key regional functions globally

- Broad experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, with a focus on strategic and global product management
- Effective project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical technology and quality aspects over the product life cycle
- Demonstratable experience with the development and execution of change management strategies, stakeholder alignment and governance structures
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to foster collaboration and inspire a team towards common goals and resolve challenging dynamics
- Exceptional communication skills, presentation skills and executive presence with the ability to effectively communicate complex scientific concepts to diverse audiences
- Fluent in English, preferably intermediate German
