- Du bist verantwortlich für die Organisation und den Ausbau unserer Stadterlebnisse
- Du unterstützt im Recruiting, führst Vorstellungsgespräche und arbeitest neue Guides ein
- Du leistest administrative und unterstützende Tätigkeiten im Alltagsgeschäft wie z.B. die Koordination, Durchführung sowie Vor- und Nachbearbeitung der Touren
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Steuerung des Terminangebotes und der Tourenauslastung in deiner Stadt
- Du betreust den Pool unserer kulinarischen Partnerbetriebe und gewinnst fortlaufend neue Betriebe für unsere kulinarischen Stadtführungen
- Du bist Ansprechpartner:in für Guides, regionale Presse und arbeitest eng mit unserer Zentrale zusammen
- Begeisterung für besondere Stadterlebnisse verbunden mit einer großen Liebe zu deiner Stadt - Quereinsteiger:innen willkommen
- Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung, ein Studium oder erste Berufserfahrung
