    Teuto Energy wurde in Bielefeld, in der Nähe des Teutoburger Waldes, mit dem Ziel gegründet, Technologie und Natur zu verbinden.     Wir suchen eine(n) GeschäftsführerIn / Co-Founder als CPO, um eines der größten virtuellen Kraftwerke Europas aufzubauen.

    Aufgaben:

    • Als Co-Founder und Chief Technology Officer (CTO) übernimmst du die Verantwortung für die technische Vision und Strategie von Teuto Energy. Du leitest die technologische Entwicklung unserer Produkte und Dienstleistungen und bist maßgeblich an der Gestaltung unserer Technologieplattform beteiligt.
    • Du entwickelst und implementierst innovative Lösungen, um die Herausforderungen im Bereich der Energietechnik zu bewältigen, einschließlich der Integration erneuerbarer Energien, der Optimierung von Energieflüssen und der Steuerung von virtuellen Kraftwerken.
    • Du trägst die Verantwortung für die kontinuierliche Verbesserung und Optimierung unserer technischen Infrastruktur und Prozesse, um sicherzustellen, dass unsere Produkte den höchsten Qualitätsstandards entsprechen.
    • Als Mitbegründer von Teuto Energy spielst du eine entscheidende Rolle bei der strategischen Ausrichtung des Unternehmens und trägst dazu bei, unsere Mission und Vision aktiv umzusetzen.

    Qualifikationen:

    • Begeisterung für den Aufbau und die Skalierung eines Unternehmens
    • Leidenschaft für das Thema Stromnetze und die Energiewende
    • Erfahrung in der Produktentwicklung und im Produktmanagement, idealerweise im Bereich der erneuerbaren Energien oder der Energietechnik
    • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch, sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich
