- als Modulverantwortlicher (m/w/d) eigenständig das MS Dynamics Modul CRM zu verantworten, operativ zu begleiten sowie den Ausbau zu steuern
- CRM-Daten zu analysieren und daraus Strategien zu entwickeln, die zur Verbesserung und Unterstützung von Geschäftsentscheidungen beitragen
- die Anforderungen unserer Teams aufzunehmen, zu priorisieren und passende Digitalisierungslösungen im Team zu erarbeiten
- CRM-Schulungen vorzubereiten und durchzuführen
- Aktiv die Schnittstelle zu unseren externen Dienstleistern und Key Usern (m/w/d) zu gestalten und zu koordinieren
- Digitaler Enthusiast (m/w/d) und vertraut im Umgang mit Microsoft 365, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales und SAP
- eigenverantwortlich und selbstorganisiert in Ihrer Arbeitsweise, schätzen starken Teamzusammenhalt und das Arbeiten im Team
- bekannt durch Ihre Kommunikationsstärke – Sie haben keine Schwierigkeiten, auch komplexe Sachverhalte anderen Personen zu erklären
- wissbegierig, lernen und entwickeln sich gerne weiter und finden sich in neuen Themen schnell zurecht
