    Retention Specialist - DE/AT (w/m/d)

    Your Mission:

    • Proactively manage and advise existing customers on retention and loyalty
    • Implement measures and document them to boost retention rates
    • Develop and execute strategies for customer retention and satisfaction
    • Handle complaints and tariff inquiries
    • Work closely with Sales and Service teams and other departments to ensure high customer satisfaction

    Your Profile:

    • Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
    • Professional experience in sales, customer service, or retention
    • Experience with CRM systems is a plus
    • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
    • Solution-oriented approach to work
    • Team player with a passion for collaborating in a dynamic environment
    • Good command of German and English, both written and spoken
