    Retention Specialist

    Als Retention-Spezialist bist du dafür verantwortlich, Salons zu binden und wieder zu aktivieren, die sich gegen eine Partnerschaft mit Treatwell entschieden haben. Unser Hauptziel ist es, unseren Partnern ein wertvolles Produkt und einen wertvollen Service anzubieten. Dein Ziel ist es, zu verstehen, wo im Partner-Verlauf der Wert möglicherweise vergessen, verloren oder missverstanden wurde.

    Deine Aufgaben:

    • Du übernimmst ein- und ausgehende Anrufe gemäß den Geschäftsanforderungen
    • Du erklärst das Treatwell-Markenangebots auf eine klare, prägnante und überzeugende Weise
    • Du verhinderst, dass die Partnerschaft beendet wird, indem du darüber aufklärst, wie sie ihren Return on Investment mit der Treatwell-Marke maximieren können
    • Du hältst digitale Meetings mit potenziellen Partnern ab, um Deals abzuschließen und monatliche Ziele zu erreichen
    • Du hilfst bei der Entwicklung neuer Retention-Strategien zur Verbesserung der Produktivität

    Über Dich:

    • Du hast bereits Erfahrung im vertriebs- und zielorientierten Umfeld
    • Du begeisterst Entscheidungsträger mit deiner empathischen und lösungsorientierten Kommunikation und behältst die Bedürfnisse der Partner immer im Blick
    • Du verfügst über ein kompetitives Mindset und es macht dir Spaß im Team zu arbeiten und Erfolge gemeinsam zu feiern
    • Du bist dein eigener Energy Boost, lässt dich von einem "Nein" nicht demotivieren und behältst deine positive Einstellung bei
    • Du bringst fließende Deutschkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift) mit – jede weitere Sprache ist ein Bonus, denn unsere potenziellen Kunden sind vielfältig und das lieben wir

    • Wir zahlen ein super Zielgehalt in Höhe von 62.000€/Jahr, wobei deine Provision ungedeckelt ist
