    Deine Aufgaben

    • Die Produktstrategie, Roadmap und Backlog anhand der Anforderungen von internen und externen Stakeholdern definieren und managen
    • Die Rolle des Product Owners in unserem Scrum-Team einnehmen
    • Marktrecherchen durchführen und Kundenfeedback sammeln, um Hypothesen zu entwickeln und Ideen zu prototypen und validieren
    • Sämtliche Phasen der Produktentwicklung kommunikativ begleiten
    • Die Qualität des Produkts sowie der einzelnen Features sicherstellen, in Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Software-Entwickler:innen
    • Und: Du wirst viel Freiheit haben, deine eigenen Ideen zur Verbesserung unseres Produktmanagements bei uns einzubringen.

    Dein Profil

    • Du identifizierst dich mit unserer Mission, Arbeitnehmenden ein wertschätzendes und unterstützendes Arbeitsumfeld zu bieten.
    • Du hast bereits etwa 2 Jahre als Produktmanager:in für ein digitales Produkt gearbeitet und dadurch ein sehr gutes Verständnis von Projekt- und Stakeholdermanagement
    • Du kommunizierst sehr effektiv schriftlich, mündlich und visuell.
    • Du bist gut im Lösen von Problemen und verfügst über starke analytische Fähigkeiten sowie technische Affinität.
    • Du liebst es, selbstständig zu arbeiten und die Schnittstelle zwischen vielen verschiedenen Teams zu sein.
    • Du bist fließend in Deutsch und Englisch (jeweils C1 oder besser)

    Pluspunkte (komplett optional):

    • Du hast ein gutes Gespür für nutzerfreundliche UX und UI.
    • Du hast bereits mit einigen unserer Tools und Frameworks gearbeitet (Figma, Linear, HTML, CSS, Ruby on Rails)
    • Du hast einen passenden Abschluss, Ausbildung oder Zertifikat(e), die dich zusätzlich als Produktmanager:in qualifizieren.
