- Ganzheitliche rechtliche Beratung im Rahmen der Projektabwicklung
- Einnahme einer aktiven Rolle im Projektgeschehen durch z.B. Teilnahme an Terminen mit Lieferanten, Bearbeitung des vertragsrelevanten Schriftverkehrs, Erarbeitung von rechtlich geprüften Handlungsalternativen usw.
- Rechtliche Einschätzung zu Forderungen, Nachtragsangeboten und Gewährleistungsfällen der Lieferanten
- Teilnahme an Auftrags- und Nachtragsverhandlungen
- Beratung und Unterstützung der Projekt- und Gesamtprojektleitung bei strategischen Entscheidungen
- Sicherstellen der einheitlichen Interpretation von Vertragsklauseln und Behandlung von Forderungen
- Gemeinsames Erarbeiten von Verteidigungsstrategien und Taktiken mit dem Claim Management bzgl. Abwehr von Forderungen
- Vorbereiten von rechtlichen und gerichtlichen Auseinandersetzungen, Streitbeilegung etc. in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Rechtsabteilung
- Enge Zusammenarbeit, Abstimmung und Austausch mit anderen Contract Managern und Claim Managern sowie der Rechtsabteilung und dem Einkauf
- Für die Dauer des Projekts ist eine Anwesenheit im Projektbüro Würzburg erforderlich. Interne Abstimmungen und Dienstreisen können hin und wieder an den Standorten Bayreuth und Lehrte stattfinden
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (Uni/FH) als Wirtschaftsjurist, Diplom- / Volljurist oder ein gleichwertiger Abschluss / eine gleichwertige Qualifikation
- Idealerweise mehrjährige Erfahrung im Contract/Claim Management und der Abwicklung von Projektverträgen
- Erfahrungen im Anlagenbaugeschäft
- Sehr gute juristische Qualifikation, insbesondere im Anlagenbau- und Vertragsrecht
- Sehr gute sprachliche und schriftliche Ausdrucksfähigkeit in Englisch und Deutsch
- Durchsetzungsfähigkeit, Konfliktfähigkeit, Eigeninitiative und Selbständigkeit sowie Kreativität
- Team- und Kontaktfähigkeit
