    Deine Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliche Erstellung von Meldungen des aufsichtsrechtlichen und statistischen Meldewesens
  • Klärung von Grundsatzfragen sowie Auswirkungen auf steuerungsrelevante Kennzahlen und/oder Meldungen für Spezialgeschäfte oder im Rahmen des Neue-Produkte-Prozesses
  • Aktive Teilnahme bei der Erstellung der Offenlegung nach CRR
  • Mitwirkung bei der Umsetzung von aktuellen Entwicklungen im Aufsichtsrecht (bspw. Basel IV, ESG)
  • Kreative Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung bzw. Optimierung der bestehenden IT-Systemlandschaft zur Sicherstellung einer hohen Datenqualität der Meldungen
  • Enge Verzahnung mit Themen des Risikomanagements ("MaRisk")

    • Persönliche Anforderungen

  • Sehr gute analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
  • Hohe IT-Affinität und Spaß am Umgang mit Zahlen
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe bei der Erfassung von Zusammenhängen
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und genaue Arbeitsweise

    • Fachliche Anforderungen

  • Betriebswirtschaftliches Studium (Bachelor oder Master) oder eine äquivalente abgeschlossene berufliche Ausbildung mit einschlägiger Berufserfahrung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im aufsichtsrechtlichen Meldewesen; idealerweise im Bankenumfeld, in einer Prüfungs- oder Beratungsgesellschaft
  • Gute Kenntnisse der einschlägigen aufsichtsrechtlichen Regularien (bspw. CRR, CRD, KWG)
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich einer Meldewesensoftware (Abacus vorteilhaft)

    Mit der Verantwortung des Meldewesens für die aufsichtsrechtlichen und statistischen Meldungen fungiert das Team Meldewesen als zentrale Schnittstelle zur nationalen Bankenaufsicht (Bundesbank, BaFin). Zu unseren Aufgaben gehören insbesondere die fachliche Beurteilung neuer Sachverhalte, vor allem aufgrund neuer aufsichtsrechtlicher Anforderungen oder Produkte, die eigentliche Meldungserstellung sowie internes Reporting und die Beantwortung von Rückfragen. Wir sind mit vielen Fachbereichen der IBB – wie Bilanzierung, Treasury, Controlling, Risikomanagement, IT – sehr gut vernetzt und verfügen daher über einen umfassenden Überblick über die Geschäftsbereiche und Kennzahlen der Bank – wir wissen was in der IBB passiert
