- Adhering to all ERM and client requirements
- Identifying opportunities for our evolving nature and biodiversity strategy services in line with client needs
- Identifying follow-on sales opportunities in respect of designated projects
- Contributing to achieving sales target by supporting Account Management team and BUs
- Create and sustain ERM's reputation for technical excellence in the emerging corporate practice of nature positive strategy development, nature-based solutions and biodiversity credits through working with clients and professional associations, as well as industry associations and/or universities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external knowledge communities and effectively transferring this expertise back to ERM
- Accountable for meeting personal billability at the budgeted rate, personal sales contribution targets and relevant BU targets
- An advanced Practitioner (at least 4-5 years experience) in the wider nature and biodiversity arena experienced in working with corporates and ideally consulting, and business development
- With structured Thinking and effective communication skills
- Analysis, Problem Solving and Decision making capabilities
- Digital and data analytics literacy
- Fluency in German and English

The ideal candidate will bring experience in nature/biodiversity topics as applied to corporate strategy, disclosures, policy and/or initiative design, including topics such as corporate biodiversity policy, CSRD ESRS E Standard Series, TNFD, SBTs for nature, natural capital accounting and natural climate solutions. Preferred but not required is that the candidate also brings experience with biodiversity offsetting, or knowledge around the emerging nature market and biodiversity credits development.
