    Our People Services Partners (contract title of the position) are our direct contact to our employees at the respective location. As a P&O representative, you will take care of employee inquiries and other P&O matters and provide them with advice and support in German and English. Through your own special topic "global benefits", the area of responsibility becomes even more diverse and exciting and goes far beyond the "normal" operational HR work.

    Job Definition

  • First Point of Contact: Taking over all operational HR topics (e.g. contracts, absences, health issues) for your defined employee group this includes onboarding, exit interviews and data maintenance in HR information systems
  • Processes are Key: Ensuring the smooth running of HR processes and their new and further development
  • Digitalisation: Driving the digitisation of HR processes and taking on the key user role for selected HR topics in our company-wide digitization project
  • Payroll: Perform monthly pre- and post-processing payroll for own area of support
  • Recruiting: Occasionally attend and conduct interviews within own area of support

    • Job Qualification

  • Several years of experience in operational HR work
  • Good understanding of German labor law as well as payroll tax and social security law
  • Knowledge with the company pension plan, in particular the monthly control of the settlements
  • Experience in the implementation of HR systems and in the digitalization of HR processes
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, experience with Microsoft Dynamics HR is an advantage
  • Process-oriented thinking and independent working style
  • Fluency in German and English

    Contract & Salary

    Our fixed base salary is paid within 12 salaries and as extra, you have a 3% variable that is based on company performance

    Location-independency & and flexibility stay with us:

    Hybrid remote: you can work up to 60% remotely within Germany. Nevertheless, we look forward to welcoming you on 2-3 days at our location in Weikersheim.

    Structured Onboarding: you receive an individual onboarding plan, have multiple onboarding days in the beginning, and a wealth of e-learning, training, and documentation besides your team at your disposal

    ‍ Set-up: for this we will provide you with a tailored tech set-up (Dell devices, the standard remote package includes a notebook, 2monitors, headset, mobile phone, mouse + keyboard, docking station)
