    About the Role

    • Oversee global B2B fulfillment process (order intake, stock allocation, shipping, posting)
    • Ensure uninterrupted processing and shipping flow by proactively resolving day-to-day challenges
    • Deliver against B2B shipping target
    • Ensure timely and accurate processing/posting in two systems (ERP + WMS)
    • Co-pilot systems integration project and other system optimizations
    • Manage a team of currently 3 Fulfillment specialists

    You'll Do

    • Oversee operational fulfillment process execution
    • Pro-active exception handling for critical Sales orders
    • Manage monthly revenue target achievement
    • Responsible for Customer Master in all relevant systems
    • Responsible for B2B EU-direct Shopify portal
    • Advocate for necessary IT enhancements that make the execution of the works cope more efficient/ transparent
    • Ensure up-to-date documentation of customers' delivery requirements
    • Formulation of consistent key deliverables within the SCM OKR framework
    Key stakeholder
    • Retailers' purchasing & logistics departments
    • Internal: SCM, B2B Sales team, Accounting
    • Warehouses and freight forwarders

    You are

    • A Person with a deep understanding of warehousing, transport, cross-border trade,
    • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
    • Problem solver who can break down complex issues into action items and drive resolution
    • The ability to switch between aggregated views and order-level details
    • Certain stress resistance and the ability to prioritize
    • Willing and able to work in a fast-paced environment with a common goal to bring the joy of Allies products to even more skincare aficionados
    • Team leadership experience - ideally in leading a distributed team
    • A modern leader who cherishes feedback culture and bases decisions on facts
    • Fluent in English - German is a plus
